I'm a workout guy who never got huge. The times I got a little bit of size I had to increase my calorie intake so much .. It got expensive.
And before somebody suggest protein shakes. They constipate me. 😵
Ordinary I wouldn't even care. But next summer is my 20th Anniversary and I plan to be semi cock-diesel on a beach outside the US.
So my pregunta is. . . who here takes amino acids and do you have any negative side effects. I know it won't have the same beni's as protein powder or creatine(can't take... Not great kidneys).
Eat more chicken and greens. Chances are what you think is enough to eat isn't enough. A guy your size would probably want to average 200-300 Grams of protein a day, maybe more depending on your goals.walmarr value pack chicken is a lifesaver.
As far as BCAAs go I don't know if they are that helpful if you are eating right. If you do a lot of fasted workouts they help with not losing muscle. Then again they are a healthier option than buying a drink at a store. Hard part is finding one that tastes good. BCAAs are bitter so some of these have a lot of sweetners. GNC makes a lot of shit but I tried their Iced Tea/lemonade BCAA and it was damn good during the summer.

Amino acids aren’t roids. They’re just Protein chains. Your DNA is made of them. Taking Amino supplements isn’t necessary for anything. Yo don’t make a couple of Aminos that you can supplement. But you usually eat them.
If you want to be yoked eat lots of protein heavy foods and lift heavy. And at your age you’ll need more protein than a guy in his 20s
