I'm thinking of darkening the middle back to black, extending the rings at the top, and water-coloring it all light purple. Then maybe sand the tree with sandpaper (and maybe the foreground), and glaze it. My landlord is a pro, but very few people are. Totally just a hobby for me. Eye wanted it to be more cartoon-like, but it kept evolving. So the tree still looks primitive, but whatever. Nothing perfect here. Balance and color if nothing else. It's totally unfinished. But it's weird enough to smile at so far. Hell, wtf is art?
Eye think the working title is "Quilted Lady and Head of a Seal."
But all Eye really did was forget my pic of an elephant. Eye left it at home and tried to find it on the internet on my phone, couldn't, so Eye went abstract and started drawing wavy lines all over the place and then just played with color. It's funny what you get when you have nothing. Eye think Eye dig abstract. It's like poetry. It looked decent before Eye added the white lines, but it needed some white. It doesn't have to be finished, but Eye kinda like it the way it is. The imperfections are the best part, imo. Colors are weird. Playing with paint is fun.
I'm a writer and the only real difference is that art makes me nervous. Y'know how people find art soothing and therapeutic and all that? Not with me. It's like the end of the fucking world before Eye start. Not a bad feeling, just not used to it. Says a lot, maybe, and maybe Eye should incorporate that feeling.
Can you see the lady or the seal? Eye didn't mean for them to be there, but they're there. If you see anything else, lemme know if you please.
Funny I missed that the 1st time I looked at it again an yes there is a lady can't quite make out the seal but there is something else there,my eye sight isn't the best so that's probably why I missed it the first time. Like the picture of the tree also.
Nothing belongs to us even the air we inhale must be exhaled.
