I just spent an hour on an island trying to catch water beetles, and atlas moths... The atlas moth evaded me 3 times.. Then never came back..
you do know the hold A to to like creep up on them and then release A to catch. Cause that made a big difference for me.
I do.. The first time my joycon drift fucked me.. The second time I hit the tree instead of the moth.. the third time, I didn't see the moth until it was flying away. Fuck that moth... and joycon drift.. and my aim..
the outer wilds. Dont read or watch anything about it
all ill give you is this which you can enjoy for as long as you like
Gonna try that after Disco Elysium. I did read the story introduction. I don't really like enjoy that kind of concept, but, the visuals look awesome, so I'll give it a shot.
its really unique, you dont fight anything at all and the progression system is entirely knowledge based instead of gear/upgrade based. Theoretically you could do all the things on your first visit to each place without it even being considered a sequence break which is kinda wild. Very interesting non-linear system they have without any hand holding, it can be pretty serene until its not lol. Just explore, get lost, accidentally crash into a planet at 500 m/s, and roast some marshmallows.
