I've been going through a lot of shows and movies lately in order to limit news intake and distract myself from other issues going on. And I do mean a lot. Here are a few I've watched.
Beastie Boys Story - Spike Jonze directed documentary Stop Making Sense - famous Talking Heads concert documentary Frank Zappa: Apostrophe and Over-nite Sensation - documentary about making of those two albums) The Etruscan Smile - old man reconnects with estranged son Sorry We Missed You - UK family treads water in the gig economy The Cable Guy (re-watch) - one of the most underrated comedies
For shows I've watched Bosch S6 and Homecoming S2. Been re-watching some of The Office too.
Out of that list I think Sorry We Missed You was my favorite. Depressing as hell but really good.
Just finished the Epstein documentary on Netflix. Messed up.
Was good to see the victims have a platform that allowed them to tell their stories. It blows my mind that they have evidence and witnesses that put people like Clinton and Prince Andrew at the island, knowing what that place was, and they are still able to just bold face lie about it with no repercussions.
