Therapy has been suggested. PM if you actually are familiar with this. I have not made a decision yet.

Thanks guys. Apparently there are some tutorials that will allow me to teach it to myself. Don't laugh. I learn pretty well that way.

I never really gave it much thought, but it appears most of modern psychology is really based on Buddhism.
