Omg. So excited. Apprehensive to see if S2 is as good as S1
There's no way season 2 isn't as good as season 1. It's got Ashoka and Rex in it.
Edit: Though more than likely we probably won't get to see them until the end of episode 2 would be my guess.

I really need to watch Clone Wars.
They just added a 10th season just recently I think to close out the series to like right up through the events of ROTS and Order 66. It's on Disney+ I believe.

I wasn't swept away by the first season. Thought it was good. Not great. Nevertheless I imagine I will be tuning in tomorrow. Just finished the second season of Yellowstone. Think I could use something a bit less dark.
I actually just watched season 1 for the first time here a few weeks ago. I have it in the realm of decent. So I'm looking forward to season 2, but am not chomping at the bit for it.
I really feel like the show would have been better off as hour long episodes, every episode felt really cramped and underdeveloped to me. It was still good, just felt after every episode that shit was missing.
Edit: I did just realize theoretically that it could be Rex since they share the same DNA, but the armor that The Marshall had was Boba Fett's armor clearly and that would be the link you would assume they are trying to make. I am also assuming (with good reason) that the last scene was Boba Fett since he was older and scarred like how you would imagine an old Boba Fett to be.

Never cared for Star Wars much. That being said, Boba Fett was my favorite character from the original movies. Is it worth the watch for a non Star Wars fan?

It is a good story for it's purpose as it's own show, but it does require a certain amount of star wars lore to be able to understand some of the concepts and Easter eggs.
All in all, it is a show created for Star Wars fans, so I don't know how it would be for a non star wars fan.

I agree with this.
Hopefully they go that route with the Obi1 series; but I am guessing now.
30min really does seem short ESPECIALLY when it is spread out weekly.

The opening episode of season 2 was 55 mins.

Hard not to feel like it was kotor fan fiction fan service. I've seen all this before and throwing in Boba fetts armor for no reason is lol. His motivation for taking down a krayt dragon is getting armor that means nothing to him and does nothing to further his goal with baby yoda but since it is recognizable to the audience that somehow makes it important. Was gonna shit a brick laughing if there was a star forge map in the cave.
Tattoine again? To do the two main parts of the knights of the old republic plot on that planet but with none of the motivation or character building... Kek
