You said Project Veritas defeated the NY Times in court, and that the times issued a disingenuous retraction.
Neither of these two links supports your claim... and that’s because you pulled it out of thin air.
A judge denied the NY Times motion to dismiss Project Veritas’ lawsuit allowing it to move forward and that’s it.
So if a judge does agree with a motion to dismiss a lawsuit; I wonder if tinley views that as a defeat... like say with election fraud claims going to court.
When a court agrees with a conservative about anything that means the judge is honest.
You said Project Veritas defeated the NY Times in court, and that the times issued a disingenuous retraction.

That's a victory. The Times pushed for a dismissal, the court, not the WalMart greeter on isle 9, ruled in favor of PV.
The disingenuous retraction was in the Babylon Bee case, as covered in the other link.
So yes, you pulled your objections out of thin air...
You don’t understand what a retraction is. The NYT did not issue a retraction in regards to their Babylon Bee story, which is exactly what the Babylon Bee lawyers are asking for now.
Your pathetic attempt to spin a denied motion to dismiss as a defeat of the NYT at the hands of Project Veritas isn’t fooling anyone. The lawsuit is in progress.

You are absolutely, 100% entirely, completely and unquestionably correct- the word "retraction" isn't the best word for this situation. I'm conceding you this point. Nothing about that is debatable.
Let me "update" my post-
1. The B Bee filed a suit against the NYTimes for what they claim is a dishonest and defamatory description of their business published as news.
2. The Times tried to issue a "correction/update" that was unsatisfactory to the Bee . The lawsuit is in progress.
3. The Times made claims that PV claims is a dishonest and defamatory description of their business published as news.
4. The Times petitioned the court to dismiss.
5. The court was unimpressed with the Times effort.
6. The lawsuit is in progress.
Your desperate attempt to spin the defense of the Times isn't fooling anyone.

Federal Judge Rules That Jewish Baker Must Make 'Death To Israel' Cake For Arab Customer
NEW YORK, N.Y.—A federal appeals court judge has ruled that a Jewish bakeshop owner must comply with his Arab customer’s request to bake a “Death To Israel” cake.
Jacob Greenstein, the owner of Jake Bakes Cakes in Brooklyn, said the controversy started after a customer ordered a special Hamas-themed “Death To Israel” cake for his son’s sixth birthday party.
“He wanted me to bake a cake with the words “DEATH TO ISRAEL” on the top in bold lettering,” Greenstein said. "He offered me extra money if I could put a few Jewish dead bodies on the sides. I thought it was offensive since I’m an Israeli Jew, so I politely declined.”
Greenstein said the customer was enraged at his refusal and took the matter to court. After Greenstein won at trial, the customer eventually appealed to a federal circuit court where a judge overturned the ruling.
“The American right to cake is just as sacred as the right to kill unborn babies, choose your own pronouns, and vote by mail without showing ID or proof of citizenship,” the judge said in his scathing 12-page ruling. “As such, I decree that Jake Bakes Cakes must bake the ‘Death To Israel’ cake."
Making a cake for "death to Jews" is the same as Making a cake for two people of the same gender in love for their wedding
what a clever joke!
Man, I wonder what it’s like to be able to legally discriminate against people I think are icky. Remember when Greg Abbot made a big show about his pro Chick FIL A bill? Discrimination bad, mmkay.

A British influencer got plastic surgery to look like a BTS member.
Oli London, the British influencer known for getting multiple cosmetic surgeries to look like the vocalist Park Ji-min from BTS, has come under fire for recently saying that they identify as Korean and tweeting an alteration of the South Korean flag in rainbow colors.
London, who uses "they" and "them" pronouns, has been a known figure in fan spaces around South Korean media and entertainment for years. They gained notoriety for publicizing their cosmetic surgery journey to look, as they said in a 2018 interview with Barcroft TV, like Park.
London is now an influencer with over 427,000 followers on TikTok and 28,600 subscribers on YouTube, in addition to having released songs like "Christmas in Korea."
Their most recent announcement — that they "identify as Korean" — as well as the rainbow flag they posted drew massive backlash online from those saying that they were disrespecting Korean identity and culture.

Riot Leader Had ‘Fully Constructed U.S. Capitol Lego Set’ at Home, FBI Says
PLAYING SOLDIER
Federal investigators seized an unusual piece of evidence from a Pennsylvania man indicted last month for his role in the Capitol riot—a Lego replica of the building he allegedly stormed. Robert Morss, 27, is accused of leading fellow rioters in what prosecutors say was “one of the most intense and prolonged clashes” with officers on Jan. 6. According to court documents obtained by Smoking Gun, FBI investigators seized an array of firearms from his home—as well as what the court filings described as a “fully constructed U.S. Capitol Lego set.” The prosecutors didn’t say whether Morss used his toy to help plan the Capitol insurrection.

Bernie Sanders Submits Bill To Tax The $0.16 Saved On Barbecues
WASHINGTON, D.C.—After the Biden Administration announced they had secured $0.16 of barbecue savings for hardworking families, Senator Bernie Sanders wasted no time in proposing legislation to tax those savings.
"There are millionaires and billionaires who also saved sixteen cents, even though they don't need those savings!" said Bernie Sanders to a C-SPAN camera that was turned off. "This is immoral! We live in an immoral country! Why should the rich get to save sixteen cents when the poor are struggling? I am proposing a new tax!"
The new tax will be levied against the rich. All savings they get using coupons or by going to clearance sales will now have to be reported and taxed.

There Is No Good Reason You Should Have to Be a Citizen to Vote
I hope that Democrats seize their chance, and realize the power and the enthusiasm of their potential constituents....allowing noncitizens to vote in federal, state and municipal elections would help revitalize American democracy at a time when enthusiasm and trust are lacking.
Biden Calls On Cuomo To Resign: 'Leave Some Women For The Rest Of Us'
"Listen, man, you can't just go around harassing women without checking with me first," Biden said sternly. "I mean, what if I called dibs on that hot blonde or the chick with the nice fruity-smelling shampoo? It's like, slow down, buster! The rest of us need some women to harass too."
Biden told reporters that back in his day, men "showed a little class" and only harassed a few women so there would be plenty of women to go around. "I'm the top dog here, bub," he said. "I'm the p—the pre... presi—president of the, you know, the thing, and you can't just go around thinking you're rulin' the roost. You know what I'm saying."

University of Wisconsin-Madison removes massive rock from campus after 'racism' claims
The University of Wisconsin removed a controversial boulder from its Madison campus Friday after the Black Student Union and other activists objected to its description nearly 100 years ago with a racial slur.
Chamberlin Rock, which rests atop Observatory Hill, is named after a 19th Century geologist and former university president, Thomas Crowder Chamberlin, whose work centered on glacial deposits, according to a bio on the university’s website.
But it was a reporter’s reference to the rock in a nearly century-old Wisconsin State Journal article that prompted the push for its removal.
