Yes. Open ended search into everything, they got a $120K bookkeeping charge. Think about that for a moment. Meanwhile guns, tax evasion, illegal servers and illegal information storage get nothing. Hell, liberals can pull machettes on reporters and push people in front of moving trains and those that do anything about it become the villans.
How am I making things up? The wealthiest 400 families in the US are taxed 4.8% less than you and me. How does that even begin to make sense? You want that to be even less? Especially with all of the taxes that could be implemented that is not directly placed on production.
Like taxing passive income, mortgage interest, estate and gift taxing. Though something like payroll taxes should be flipped as well (less than five figures have to pay 14%, more than seven figures only pay 2%).
I see. You are for punitive taxes. You want to punish investments, punish buying a home, punish death. It almost seems like you think all money is the governments first, and it is just through pure generosity by the government that people are allowed to keep any of the money they have.
You want to increase the capital gains tax (passive income),mortgage interest (making home ownership even more expensive and out of reach for many), estate and gift taxes (punishing death and punishing people who have managed to acquire enough assets to pass on to their family, not to mention that those assets have already been taxes many times already). Hell, I am surprised you aren't advocating for a national sales tax (or VAT) that those countries you idolize for their "livability standard", that just happens to be around 25% in most of them.
You're right that would be a good tax if done correctly. Throw Land Value Tax in there as well.
I'm not surprised at all that you have a fear of taxes, considering how ass fucking backwards the US taxing has been in harming our tax bracket more than taking the riches fair share. But you need to get past that programming in your brain. Horded money is wasted money.
Japan has the 3rd highest personal invome tax in the world. Switzerland is a unique situation that's not replicatable.
I meant lower wealth inequality, not wealth distribution. Not that it matters. Both are objectively good.
Saying you don't care about what other countries do is a copout. If you can't point towards systems of success then you're just blowing hot air.
Every country is unique with different challenges and advantages. The goal is (should be) to maximize the advantages and minimize the challenges. It's why I don't play your game of policy A is great, just look at here and not here to see the results. That's a cop out. It's the policy and how that policy impacts America that matters. The fact that you can't even be honest about what you want should give you clear insight that you understand that it isn't good.
GDP is not indicate livability standards, was never intended to. But if you want to suggest that conservative states are lesser than high gdp blue states, then be my guess.
I'm not suggesting, I'm screaming. RED STATES FUCKING SUCK!!! Quit moving here! Stay in the the paradise of endless blue gov't.... We're running out of places to park all the U-Hauls.
That's a completely unintelligent take. That's like saying statistics mean nothing, testing means nothing, research means nothing. Let's just use our gut for decisions, and the logic of completely uneducated individuals to determine how this country should be ran.
There's no proof of your utopia fantasies working in the real world.
But hey we can point to Britain's latest venture into radical unhinged right wing economics to prove that it doesn't work.
I am pretty concerned about Russia’s ability to manipulate the minds of marginalized and mentally unstable people. I haven’t done enough research on the subject yet but I strongly suspect most of these random acts of political violence are a result of their influence.
With the election coming up and additional issue of potential AI misuse these are becoming extremely scary times.
Instead of pointless diatribes and acrimony perhaps we should worry about protecting those in our own flock and even our rivals from disinformation.
Because you pay the taxes and contribute to society just like everyone else has for hundred(s) of years in this country. The country you want is a fantasy, it doesn't exist here, or anywhere. (Look how catastrophicthose politcs has been for Britain). All this bitching and you're not even anywhere near a tax bracket that would affect you in the first place. This is such an absurd argument from the bootstraps brigade, figure it out.
The country I want is not a fantasy...in fact, it's been a reality in our recent history.
What tax bracket am I in? What else do you think you know about my finances? You're the hypocrite here, not me.
What part of this country has been working?
I assume you're in a similar tax bracket as my self. Certainly not seven digits.
That's like saying statistics mean nothing, testing means nothing, research means nothing. Let's just use our gut for decisions, and the logic of completely uneducated individuals to determine how this country should be ran.
That's a completely unintelligent take. Everything has meaning, within context. You want to dismiss (make excuses) for individual data point you don't like and promote those you think might possibly in some imaginary desperately distorted effort to make your vision make sense.
There's no proof of your utopia fantasies working in the real world.
That's a completely unintelligent take. America has become the the most wealthy, most powerful, most envied country in the history of man. That's the succesds you want to terminate.
But hey we can point to Britain's latest venture into radical unhinged right wing economics to prove that it doesn't work.
That's a completely unintelligent take. The UK's economic prime during the last century was during the Thatcher years. They are struggling to dig out from the high tax, heavy burdensome social programs, unionization anchor that continues to drag the country down.

Social media apps do this with nearly everyone who uses them. But, like most other things in today's climate, that discussion turns into a left v right circle jerk.

So you would be in favor of an instant, overnight 25% increase in the cost of everything. Wonder how that would effect people. And a land value tax already exists, it's called a property tax.
And the whole "fair share" argument is laughable. Can you give a definition of "fair share"?
Is there any tax you don't like and wouldn't want to increase?
those in our own flock and even our rivals from disinformation.
What do you consider disinformation? Things you don't agree with or things you believe? I'll give an example. The border is open! The border is closed! one has to be wrong, which do you feel is disinformation?
Now, if you excuse me, I have some old psr memories to suppress
those in our own flock and even our rivals from disinformation.

Guess I didn’t make my point well enough for your consideration. Being marginalized and/or dealing with some form mental issue is not limited to any geographic or political affiliation. Not even socioeconomic differences exclude any group. But hearing that voice that assures you are part of something bigger and important can be manipulated into blind trust and even obedience in a vulnerable person.
I have always reserved the right to be wrong. If someone can provide me with better information and/or reasoning I can change my mind. Perhaps grudgingly at times but I don’t base my ego satisfaction on always being right.
And the border is open or closed depending on your definition. And all or nothing bullshit generally does not apply to complex situations.
I should also note that my penchant for fucking around and messing with people looses all joy when dealing with issues of this magnitude. Nothing funny or cute about it. Truth needs to out regardless of who it makes happy, sad or proud. Now more than ever we need to deal in facts. And to eliminate those in power than lean on bullshit and disinformation to further their agenda.

Bookkeeping charge? Thats just disingenuous. He paid hush money to a porn star that he banged (while his wife was pregnant) to keep her quiet while running for president of the united states. Weird how hard you simp for him. The funny thing is, the stormy daniels case is the least of his worries. I see you haven't addressed any of the other charges/investigations which could result in actual jail time...
