Well dude is dead. No sense in caring now.

IMO refunding can only realistically happen after a full and complete reform to get rid of waste spending, it doesn't seem wise to get rid of assets to help with the reform process. But the police certainly do not need budget increases either.

The community said they don't want licensed professionals. Not sure that's a great idea but whatever.

And we’re still told to trust and respect people who lie all the time.
Hopefully these cops will be convicted too.
