Lawyer Gets 15 Months Behind Bars for Firebombing Police Car
A New York City attorney has been sentenced to 15 months behind bars for firebombing an empty New York City police vehicle with another lawyer during protests over the murder of George Floyd.
NEW YORK (AP) — A New York City attorney was sentenced to 15 months behind bars on Friday for firebombing an empty New York City police vehicle with another lawyer during protests over the murder of George Floyd.
Before hearing her sentence, Urooj Rahman asked a judge to spare her prison time and give her a “second chance” to redeem herself for what she called a momentary lapse of judgement.
“I’m so incredibly sorry for my reckless and wrong actions,” a tearful Rahman said in federal court in Brooklyn. “I don’t think there’s enough words to express my sorrow and regret. ... I completely lost my way in the emotion of the night.”

There goes the argument that no one was held accountable for the blm protests.
Half-way.
It does destroy the "no one" was held accountable. Anyone making that claim is either lazy, ill-informed or lying. The accurate point is the holding to accountability was minimal and often unprosecuted or even charged.
On the other side (which you raced from at mach-speed) is the two-tiered system under the (D)OJ.

Here is some commentary on the two tiered system.
Trump administration didn't do that. The Deep State/Obama Shadow Government did that.
"Too often, we enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought." - JFK
"First Thoughts are the everyday thoughts. Everyone has those. Second Thoughts are the thoughts you think about the way you think. People who enjoy thinking have those. Third Thoughts are thoughts that watch the world and think all by themselves. They’re rare, and often troublesome."

You should think long and hard about why there is a much higher % of Jan 6 rioters prosecuted when compared to "BLM rioters"
Oh hell, we know you won't think about it, so I will give you some huge hints...
One happened in a relatively small area, with near total video surveillance coverage, in broad daylight, with some even live streaming what they were doing leading to a large crowd sourcing effort to identify people.
The other was over a much larger area, with little video surveillance, very few, if any, people live streaming what they were doing, under cover of darkness (for the most part) and due to the extremely limited video, there was virtually no crowd sourced effort at identifying people.
But hey,a conspiracy is much better than reality when reality doesn't fit your narrative, right?
