Went to the doctor. Everything is copacetic. Blood pressure-excellent Liver, thyroid-superb condition Waiting on CBC and PAP smear results Referral for a mammogram
Oh, and I quit smoking two months again. Very few cravings and haven’t had any for about a month now.

Weight loss takes time and commitment; hang in there.
I am not even sure where to start…so just gonna start eating less…lol.
Here's what I did:
Walk 30 minutes a day, everyday. It's not a race, it's about endurance. Your distance will increase over time. (most days I do this twice but it didn't happen until about six months in.)
Cut the hell out of sweets, bread, pasta and spuds. Carbs and laying about don't mix.
Veggies are your friend. I've brainwashed myself into believing that broccoli and kale are fucking delicious.
Smaller portions and a couple of light snacks throughout the day.
I weighed 236 lbs in August 2020. I now weigh 195. I have more energy now than I did 20-25 years ago. Took time but it paid off.

Yeah, after I get this fucking monitor off I am going to hit it and try to lose 30 lbs. Lotta exercise in the offing. But that is what I enjoy most. Renewed my membership in a local facility and I will be the monkey crawling all over the equipment again. Can't wait.
I don't have a weight problem, so this is not what I did, but I had a co-worker at Legoland that drank a lot of soda. He stopped the soda and that is all he did different. He lost quite a bit of weight just doing that. So if you drink soda, don't.

My wife's last one was caused a little stress... they called her back in for another scan to verify/confirm something they saw on the original one...
She told me right away she thought they didn't do that first scan correctly...she didn't have confidence in the tech that did it.
Second scan was normal, but still a stressor.
Sending good vibes for good news.
Hell, try this stress out.
About 20 years ago, I was in a car wreck at work. Totalled the work truck. Felt OK in the immediate aftermath, but the next day, my neck and back hurt so bad I could barely move my arms, let alone get up and go to work. Went to an urgent care and they took x-rays of my neck. When the Dr. came back he said that I may have broken my neck, but the radiologist was off duty for the rest of the day. He said the radiologist would read the images the next morning, and I stead of putting me in a c-collar and sending me to the hospital, they just td me to go ho.e and if my fingers or toes started tingling to call an ambulance.
Laying at home for 8 hours wondering if I broke my neck and if the wrong movement could paralyze me for life. Stressful.
(Radiologist called the next morning, no broken neck)
