It's THE factor. Which is why it's so interesting to me. All these self proclaimed "conservatives" who are perfectly fine with government retaliating against a corporation for voicing opposition to legislation. (I won't argue that it's a First Amendment issue, especially considering the Citizens United ruling, but one could easily make that argument)

It goes against traditional conservative ideals. But conservative ideals aren't part of the republican party anymore.

How are kids being sexualized in school?

I'm sorry I am a bit confused. I take an active roll in my kids learning and see his assignments. None are anywhere near sexualized. What constitutes sexualized? Are mom and dad word problems and reading OK but Dad and Dad word problems and reading not ok?

I just want specific cases, I am truly curious.

DeSantis is not doing this for tax reasons. He didn't run on this; it only happened after Disney spoke out against the bill they just passed.

DeSantis keeps trying to change legislation that we voters in Florida voted for on amendments on ballots. He's doing it now with redistricting the maps of Florida so that republicans will have even more seats. Right now it's like 12 to 4 republicans to democrat district seats. It will go 12-2 after redrawing... based on his decision. Florida is not 75% republican (so it's already skewed) and it's not 85% republican either.

This country and state is fucked up.

the redistricting is necessary having lived in three of the district's involved. Northern pinellas and southern pinellas are completely different and should not be swayed solely by the population of the city of st pete. Also having seminole county and southwest volusia county's vote not count because the district includes northern orange county and UCF is pretty BS too. The fact these district lines were drawn in the first place is the real issue.

Lol. Disney, one of the biggest conglomerates in the world, operates at a loss in the millions every year…

They are given tax breaks and free reign to do whatever they please in their parks and still can’t figure out how to make a profit.

Either they are completely inept at running their company or are fudging the numbers for tax breaks.

Either way, something needs to be done

It's (way) more laughable than that. The same clowns who championed gov't take action against Chick-Fil-A because the owner is a Christian now raise hell that gov't is stripping special favors from a company because that company is fighting against the citizens of the state.
