People gonna learn that Twitter (and Facebook) is still not real life lmao.
Depends on how you use it. I'm not on Twitter but I use facebook to facetime with my kids, grandkids, and mom. Also receive lots of pictures. Seems real to me.
I didn't say it was shit, I said Elon is an unpredictable manchild. You can take your fanboying somewhere else now lol.
And how has the unpredictable man-child hurt Tesla's valuation? Do you have something material to back up your position? Its only been a decade, I'm sure you can find something better than "look what happened today" Lol. You realize entire sector was down, right? You fucked up yugely man, should have got in a long time ago. And for your own good, please avoid day-trading. Run along.
You do realize that Twitter isn’t a government actor, that it doesn’t fit any of the exceptions of government actor (i.e. performing a traditional government function) and that you're merely predicting how you think/want the law to be rather than how the law actually functions. But by all means, tell me how the law works when you have no legal eduction or understanding of the constitution or the law in general.
Yes, exactly, I'm saying the laws would need to catch up and I'm predicting they will. Hell, soon to be ownership believes they are a de facto public square and said as much. I'm not arguing that they're violating anything today. Nobody was disputing 'how the law works' except you. You do realize that right? Lol. You have milked having absolutely nothing quite a bit. Hell, less than nothing. You were giving away.
Imagine thinking Twitter is subject to the first amendment. Worse, imagine thinking social media platforms will ever be subject to the first amendment. Btw, where did you get your law degree?

"You fucked up man, completely. Should have got in."

Telsa is a cash cow. But like I said that's not something I'd want to invest heavily for a long term. That's more anxiety than I'd be willing to deal with.
I see you failed to notice that he mentioned that he wants everyone to verify their identity on Twitter. Which is hilarious.
As I was saying.
The true tell will be if Paul Pelosi sells 'his'...
Like all new ventures, it has clearly followed the historical timeline of failures and flaws coming out of the gate. Perhaps that could be lessened by focusing on the basics instead of pushing the tech envelope. Still, for the all-electric market Tesla remains the leader in quality/value. As competition comes to market in usable numbers this could change.
But go buy a new GM or Chrysler and then criticize the Tesla quality.
I'm no Tesla fan and have never longed or even considered owning one. I think the hype is, from an engineering, function and value point of view unwarranted. I get the need to get started on electric vehicles and sucking up the setbacks and failures that come with new engineering efforts. I just choose not to be the guinea pig buyer.
People want to rewrite the First Amendment because of social media.
Half-true. They want to do so because Musk has pledged to give Twitter an open speech platform. They were united in giving tech/social media a free reign to act as they desired.....as long as they served the Party. Now that there is a crack in the gov't/Party model of info speech control, Party leaders from Obama down are now calling for gov't intervention/regulation/control.
