Imagine thinking Twitter is subject to the first amendment. Worse, imagine thinking social media platforms will ever be subject to the first amendment. Btw, where did you get your law degree?
Imagine. Shitty overrated tune. Imagine not understanding what was written and coming back with something no one argued or disputed and patting yourself on the back for your own stupidity? Weird. No law degree, but a more that a few law courses (mostly business law) at a top-5 law school in the country, you?

I thought the same thing. I think lots of these things are staged. I thought the same about the one you posted of the lady who thought Biden was Jim Carey in a mask. No one could be that stupid could they? Staged.

Like all new ventures, it has clearly followed the historical timeline of failures and flaws coming out of the gate. Perhaps that could be lessened by focusing on the basics instead of pushing the tech envelope. Still, for the all-electric market Tesla remains the leader in quality/value. As competition comes to market in usable numbers this could change.
But go buy a new GM or Chrysler and then criticize the Tesla quality.
I'm no Tesla fan and have never longed or even considered owning one. I think the hype is, from an engineering, function and value point of view unwarranted. I get the need to get started on electric vehicles and sucking up the setbacks and failures that come with new engineering efforts. I just choose not to be the guinea pig buyer.
I'm just saying there's a lot of unnecessary stuff in them. I think I'd prefer my car the have the panels placed correctly instead of having a "fart mode" feature.
It's a brand, and with all brands you can probably find better and cheaper quality elsewhere.
I'm guessing you didn't look at the chart to see where Tesla falls on it....
What should be done to address the massive bigotry and disparity? Makeup of the country is pretty evenly split, its obvious there is massive discrimination in the hiring practices of these companies. Probably need some Critical Demographic Theory training.

Imagine the 1st amendment applies to Twitter and that it will ever apply to Twitter.
So no law degree? K, gotcha. Sit down lil’boy. Have fun playing pretend.

Is there massive discrimination in the hiring practices of those companies? That chart isn't a percentage of employees giving to political parties. It's the money distribution from the employees who happened to make donations. Only real thing you can take from that chart is that of the employees who make donations, they tend to favor democrats, even at Tesla.
