Two stage pool. Rank the teams 1 through 4 in group in stage 1 (group stage), then fill out bracket after group stages (knockouts).

For the first round of picks I think you just put the pools in order of how you think each team will place.

You just rank how you think the teams will finish in the group stages. After group stages are complete, you go back and do the traditional bracket. Go to 'picks' and then 'make group stage picks'
