So I weigh 203. I’m 6’0” tall and according to bmi I need to get down to like 175-180 to be my ideal body weight. Now I don’t know much about BMI, it seems to use height as the primary deciding factor, and doesn’t really count muscle mass. I am going to try to get to 185 by the end of the year (will be tough with the holidays, but let’s see).
* I have lost 30 pounds in a month before, but I also started 10 pounds higher than I am now, and it was 15 years ago
I will post my weight on here every morning, if my weight isn’t less than the day before I expect to get some good verbal abuse from you dickheads for motivation
Day 2: 201 Day 3: 201 (pre-shit) Day 4: 200 Day 5: 202 (early thanksgiving with the family) Day 6: 201 Day 7: 201 (have not shit since day 5) Day 9: 200. (From now on I am only posting the weight when it is different from the day before, higher or lower)
Day 12(?): 199 - thanksgivings are finally over time to get going again
