Actually, factually they were killed by a deranged, mentally ill woman. The difference between an "assault rifle" locked away at a gun shop and dead people is a crazy person with the desire to kill.
It will continue for as long as you are comfortable with the culture of death.
That’s fucking retarded reply. Playing semantic games wins you a dunce cap, dipshit
Lol
Read. Learn
felony murder doctrine
n. a rule of criminal statutes that any death which occurs during the commission of a felony is first degree murder, and all participants in that felony or attempted felony can be charged with and found guilty of murder. A typical example is a robbery involving more than one criminal, in which one of them shoots, beats to death or runs over a store clerk, killing the clerk. Even if the death were accidental, all of the participants can be found guilty of felony murder, including those who did no harm, had no gun, and/or did not intend to hurt anyone.
By the way, read your source too. They cite 9 dead. I cite 5. So, you ruined your own argument, whatever that was.
We take no position in the debate over whom to include in the deaths from the riots. But here we lay out what is publicly known about the circumstances surrounding the deaths of the nine people

Two heart attacks, one stroke victim (the day after), an accidental overdose, and one person shot and killed. The other 4 were suicides after the fact. Once again, doesn’t absolve the idiocy of the people involved. Just pointing out that your post was intentionally dishonest.

Sounds like red flag laws could have prevented this. Oh well.
Yup. Parents who child gonig through this have no idea they should trigger a red flag law, and he doctors can't.
It's unclear if the Nashville Police could have seized the weapons.
I heard the Chief of Police say, "Had we know about her condition, e would have tried to get our hands on those weapons."
Red flag is a False flag.
For Red Flag to work, the parents would need to know she purchased the guns (they claim they didn't) and then report it to a court. Then the court would need to act. Then the LE would have to actually take them. The Red falg doesn't work just by being passed into law. Functionally, it's a talking point.
There is actually two issues that should be reviewed:
1. Background checks. The claim that it's too easy to evade them is not just a joke, it's ignorance by intention. The problem with background checks is they are ineffective. She passed her background check. Repeatedly. How? Why? That is what needs to be addressed. Background checks are meaningless beyond a talking point if their only value is a talking point.
2. This is more controversial and more Constitutionally challenging- should trans be allowed to own guns legally?

Where is the "manifesto"? Authorities have released nearly everything. Even showing the actual shooting of the killer. The only thing so far not released is the manifesto.
Are they claiming it's evidence for the coming trial?
They can't scrutinize it if someone else sees it?
It's in code and they haven't cracked the core yet?

What's the deal?
This one's pretty good. I guarentee her manifesto is nowhere nearly as interesting.
The word makes me uncomfortable. The unibomber has created the go-to for killers by issuing a manifesto. Now kooks think they have a two-step, make their own "manifesto" to get attention and then killing to move attention to it. It's a disgusting and tragic method of promoting your thoughts and beliefs.
Still, getting them to put down their motives is a cryptic benefit. That makes me divided on using the word.

I would have liked to seen the Mandalay Bay shooters manifesto.
