Was in Madison last August. I like it. I think it’s a better place than Portland, ME. Portland was on the list with Green Bay.
Portland is a big draw for young people. The waterfront is a happening place. But the big draw for Portland is breweries which only take a place so far. Gentrification is bringing the city back

I remember when Portland was a hardscrabble city
When/If you come, let me know. I'll buy a beer.
Cool! This year the Men’s Ultimate Frisbee National Championship is in Minneapolis. We hope to be rooting for the New York Empire (reigning champs) in the final 4z
Club season is running in parallel, one of the teams could lead us back to WI. You me never know. WI and MN are favorite destinations because of central location in US and safe environments.
I live the Ultimate Frisbee dream! Just watched NY vs. DC on FX2 while working out.
Headed to NY in a few weeks to see Empire take on Atlanta Thrashers. Been contemplating the road games in Salt Lake City and Denver.
But when I hit that fairway (3) wood straight and onto the green......
By the way, I know your family owns Brody's, you ever play Steele?
I haven't played in over seven years, since my botched open heart surgery. Plus someone stole my clubs out of my garage. I have another older set but ugh. Steel? is that what I call Cottonwood? I played Cottonwood a lot. Did they change the name? I don't know of another course around steel canyon.

Now, if you excuse me, I have some old psr memories to suppress
Just looked it up on their map. I didn't even know that was out there although my brother in law and nephews play it. Is it kind of new?
I think about 20 years, semi-private still, so open to the public. One of the nicest open to the public in the city. Its not Aviara or La Costa and definitely not as pricey/exclusive as the Grand. Torrey is way way long, but probably best value in the country. Where else can you play a US Open/PGA Championship course for $40? Insane.
