Delicious Ground Turkey Recipes

Ingredients:

1 pound ground turkey 4 large bell peppers, halved and seeds removed 1 cup quinoa, cooked 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen) 1 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.

Season the turkey with ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to incorporate the spices.

Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and the turkey-spinach mixture.

Fill each halved bell pepper with the turkey and vegetable mixture, pressing down gently.

Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
