By Robert J. Matthews

1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving) Balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)

Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Arrange in Air Fryer Basket: Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer. This allows for even cooking and crispy results.

Air Fry: Cook the Brussels sprouts in the preheated air fryer for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Serve: Once cooked, transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish.

Enjoy: Serve immediately as a delicious side dish or snack. These crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are sure to be a crowd-pleaser!
